Then put it on the shelf to finish off at a later date. It doesn't get any better. Honestly, I found The Gulag Archipelago to be a more interesting read and that's 600 pages of constant whinging.

Was that carburettors need to be adjusted to allow a higher air to fuel ratio at altitude. Or perhaps that's only if you ride a ropey old bike.
