He only brought out one album
Blues Run The Game... it's a very good album.
He's got a sad life story, he only started playing the guitar after a horrible accident involving a furnace fire exploding whilst he was at school, it killed a lot of his classmates. His music teacher gave him a guitar to play to help distract him from the pain of the burns.
He later got paid out for the accident when he was old enough, and he lived on it in a hedonistic but unhappy fashion, ultimately not keeping tabs upon it. He was found by someone later in life in a park, he'd been living on the street for quite some time and had a fairly serious injury from kids shooting him with a BB/air gun, which I believe ultimately blinded him in the one eye.
He was taken in by the man who found him, and lived a few more years before passing away, too young.

It's not called Blues Run the Game though - it is eponymously titled.

The version I have is the Anthology version which is called Blues Run The Game and has his eponymous album first and other recordings bolted on at the end

it seems almost compulsory to have a horrible life if you make that sort of music when you're young

I sometimes wonder about making my kids' lives more miserable in the hope that they may one day go on to create good art
