We had a couple of lodgers over the years
the best were the ones who stayed Sunday night to Friday morning leaving us to have the house to ourselves for weekends. I'd imagine quite a few people will do stuff like that in the future - work a few days in the city then home for the rest of the time, but it may mean more room lets.

Family home
Two adults can fit on the bed, one kid sleeps sitting up at the table and another kid in the wardrobe

one of the London viewers said he would be WFH for three days a week and doing the 2 hour each way commute by train on the other two days
Sounds about right - get work done on the train each way, bank a London wage and get way more house for yr money.
