Depends on the price of the new taps. But labour will be 150 minimum. I wouldn't try and source parts for old stuff , if they fail again it'll cost him money. It's a quote innit. He's covering going there to look too.

but the tap's not the issue, the leak is in the pipes behind it and is pretty minor according to them. The tap just drips - but it's done that since I lived there and if you don't turn it 100% off but stop just before, it shuts the water off completely. Tenant's been happy to do that for the past 3 years, hopefully she'll continue to do so. I can't lose over half a month's rent at the moment, that will be disastrous. I've had to shell out £250 on the cooker last month and the agent's tenancy renewal fees were another £150. Just super shitty timing. Really I should redecorate it in the next year but again unless I'm asked I'm going to do nothing.
