morningI've just told my letting agency that I intend to fire them as managers of my flat unless they can convince me not to. I had an 'urgent' plumbing fault reported on July 15th and they've only just completed the work - and this has involved shitloads of calls and emails on my part despite this being 'fully managed'. The only thing I need doing is tenancy renewal and I'm hoping I can find someone online to do this for me as a once a year service with a one off payment. I'm paying the cunts 10% of the rent for doing shit all - when they do the renewal they change extra for that anyway.
