Scant consolation, but really
if you ARE going to have a heart attack, London is one of the best places in the world to have it. If it's really bad he's probably at the London Chest Hospital, if he's not there then they're not that worried about him.

not only this, but they had a friend to dinner at the time, who's a GP
he's in the Royal Free I think, a stent has been fitted.

when my mate had a heart attack at Bank station, there were two trauma nurses (or whatever they're called) behind him - v lucky but he was still dead for 6 minutes...

What's his recovery been like?
He okay now? Or is he a vegetable?

And if your boss is in stent territory he's probably fine. Keyhole surgery, he'll be back doing lines in the Caribbean before you can say sexeh ladies.

he's OK these days, they were amazed at his recovery
that said, they failed to check him out properly at the time and as such a couple of years later he had to have a quadruple bypass.
