he had a heart attack Sunday night, three more Monday night and several more last night
we're at 'family is all at the hospital' stage now. Fucking frightful and completely out of the blue.

So I guess he's got a chance then. Think it would be unusual for someone to die from an MI if they'd made it to hospital unless they were older or had significant comorbidities.
Not a cardiologist but would have thought they'd have stented his coronaries by now. I guess if enough of his heart was damaged he could be in heart failure.

cheers man, he had a stent in by Monday morning, but it's clearly not sorted him out
He's in his mid-late 60s but not overweight or a smoker and swims most mornings - no-one would have seen this coming
