I really like Ethiopian coffee but it's almost always light roast, which I don't enjoy.
Ethiopian veggie food is one of my favorite things to eat.

I fucking love injera, and pretty much any fermented pan bread in fact, I love the sour taste
Do you not eat South Indian? Dosa, idli, and utthapam should all have that sour undertaste.
