Let me set your mind at rest -- as ever, at the end of the chain are a few very rich individuals, happily getting much richer.
For instance, almost all dispensaries here stock the same few brands, and almost all of those brands share noticeable similarities. So it looks to me like someone's already got the supply to the whole State pretty much sewn up. It's worth literally billions of dollars.
