I finally figured it out; it's Kryten's head, specifically the angular bit at the top of his head.
In that spirit, I hope your car gets droid rot, and that it's as unfunny as it was on Red Dwarf.
I'm still in awe of you because of your job though, It must be so gratifying to announce it when people ask "what you do".

Thanks. I guess I've forgotten what that feels like.
It used to be cool when I was a junior doctor to tell people what I did for a living. Now my profession has been so vilified by the press and successive governments here that outside of work I avoid telling people what I do as it just attracts complaints about how hard it is to get an appointment and how useless GPs are today.
