That's for 10x 440 W panels, 5 kW inverter (about £1k), 2x 6.5 kWh batteries (about £1.5 k each), fuseboard, and all the installation.

The panels themselves are relatively cheap. A big chunk of the panel cost is getting them up on your roof.
