My old school buddy who survived a heart attack was here last week. He's pretty much fine now but I remember how weirdly deeply and personally it hit when I heard about it.

Yeah, one of our other classmates died in a climbing accident at 29,
that was a shock but made sense. Another died doing a triathlon a couple of years ago. Natural causes at 49, though, that's a strange one to process.
