What really boils my piss when people say shit like that is:
A) they have zero conception of how tightly regulated and controlled every step of pharmaceutical manufacturing is, directly as a result of things that have gone wrong in the past, and
B) the motives of the vast majority of people working in the industry weren't formed by a malignant desire to cause harm to people. I must have slept through the lecture at uni when they indoctrinated us into the *real* sinister motives of the lizard people controlling our every moves.
