The Past/Decisions
Last night I was out for beers with a good mate of mine who moved over to Zurich about 7 years ago. Proper reminisce times.
He moved out there as a result of an argument with someone here in work and applied for some jobs on the Friday, telephone interview on the Monday then flew out on the Tuesday
What snap decisions are you most happy with/unhappy with?

I'm happy with where I'm living now, which was all done in a rush last year. Living with my ex in her property never really felt like my home & to have my own place that I chose in a rush and really like (and micro likes) has been excellent.

And do you know roughly how much one should cost, and who I actually go to to get one?

people care a lot about energy consumption and tax in the buildings i deal with, but they are mostly massive commercial units. and they are always fighting about who has to pay for what.
i'd ask your estate agent. they'll tell you and also know someone who does it locally.

We were talking about him coming out years ago and he was so worried about it. When he plucked up the courage to say something in a pub down the quayside, we all just went "yer, we know" and went back to drinking again
