What is the bestest/easiest/free-ist way to make moving .gifs etc from a stock still picture? Thanks in advance.

I have used Jasc Animator, which is quite good and Photoshop Elements, which is quite tricky.
However I'm not much of an animator anyway.

You can download a 3 month free trial from adobe. And there are some good tutorials on the net.

I am pretty shit at animating though.
