there are a few online gif animators, but never really used themI have used Jasc Animator, which is quite good and Photoshop Elements, which is quite tricky.
However I'm not much of an animator anyway.

I am using Photoshop (and it's really only a week since I started to animate)You can download a 3 month free trial from adobe. And there are some good tutorials on the net.
