Imagine if a bank outsourced a call centre who accidentally gave away your banking details to a stranger. Your gripe is not with the outsourced company, it's with the bank. Sure, if it happens a lot then internally the person who made the decision might get a beating and the company might lose the contract but that's not your problem.
