When we first arrived (at 4:00, to be sure of getting seats!) I thought that set was an office block. Then I thought about it - as in, what would a modern office block be doing on the hallowed grounds of Old Trafford - and realised I was in for more of a spectacle than I had ever anticipated.

as someone I know couldn't go, but I couldn't be arsed to get to Wembley in the end....Did I miss anything?
I also realised on Sunday morning that I'd had tickets to see Doug Stanhope at the Leicester Square Theatre on Saturday night too and had totally forgotten about it, which was bloody annoying. I bought the tickets in February and convinced myself it was in October.
