Only in a universe of reverse colour
this is a universe where the only difference is a parity change. So elementary particles have negative spin and animals which in our positive-parity world face to the right now face to the left. Since fundamental physics is basically unchanged by a change in parity, there is no reason the zebras would have evolved white muzzles in such a universe; indeed, one would suspect quite the opposite to be true.
