What does everyone use for animated gifs anyway?

I use cardboard, string and insect parts MS gifanimator which comes with Image Composer. It's crap, but it's free. ImageReady is much better, I hear.

My weapon of choice for ftp...

For Anis, I use JASC's Animation Shop. Yes, I'm a PSP guy, and I'm not afraid to admit it. I can't budget the 'pro tools' (fotoslop) for my skinny needs.
