And you're absolutely correct in your edit, people don't see the full extent of the buildup of animosities; they just see two guys flinging shit at each other. That's kind of my point... everyone comes out of a shit-flinging fight smelling the same.

and perhaps you don't realize this, but I've stood exactly where you're standing now with relation to this issue, quite recently in fact.
I'm just saying someone has to be the bigger person and shrug it off, otherwise it will just continue and everyone on the board will have to put up with it. My thought was, perhaps you'd be able to hear the sense of that.
