# Not a fucking clue
Sandwich, roll, bap, breadcake, whatever the fuck I want to call it.

I live in Leeds and have done for years, and haven't found a consensus. Breadcake I think. (But my folks are from Hull and Leicester so I've been saying bap and cob for long enough).

If I go to a sandwich shop, I ask for the contents, it's naturally assumed it will arrive in a form of bread.
