I think they must lack human compassion or something like that. Maybe they're robots or Daily Mail columnists.

If Google didn't harvest your data, I'd be tempted to be the only person I know to move to Google+, followed by only having one friend there and sheepishly returning to Facebook a week later.

i hate it and all my personal info is lies.

they suck. people got angry. facebook ignored them and counted the money gained from hiding a bunch of privacy settings changes that opened everyone's profiles to advertisers and which were lost in the kerfuffle surrounding the nonsensical UI changes. everyone went home angry, except for mark zuckerberg who went home rich. and angry, because he's an ugly cunt.

the trouble is it seems the updates hit after some random amount of time so I don't even know if I've had all the updates that people are complaining about. At first I thought it was just the shitty autolists (pointless anyway because the whole point of lists is so I know exactly who I'm sharing with) and making it easier to put people on the wrong list by having the option EVERYWHERE. Then a load of news feed and style changes hit which seem really crap. But people are talking about a mini-facebook in the top right, which I don't get (by which I mean it doesn't appear to be present for me). I just get the shit at the top of the newsfeed. Other than that it doesn't really seem to have changed too much. What am I missing?

it's ugly and it's pointless, and the little mini-facebook in the top right corner is even uglier and even more pointless, and they've kind of fucked up the settings you picked for the news feed (some weird "TOP STORIES" thing done on their own algorithm which it doesn't seem you have control over, and no "all"/"top" choice anymore) but it's not *that* different. Just ugly. And pointless. Like Mark Zuckerberg. And Randall Munroe.

and ticking the blue triangles, thereby making EVERYTHING not a top story. Also, somebody said that switching language to "UK English" had the same effect...in any case the posts that have appeared in the past hour are not 'top stories'.
