I have mixed feelings about all of this but there's a lot of daily mail-style reactionary nonsense in a lot of these responses.

my op was badly written, i had meant to say characters resembling children, or some sort.
i'm not sure what the daily mail responses you are refering to, but i wanted clear up my thoughts on this particular issue
