taking lemsip for the cold, which has paracetamol in it, but only ibuprofen works on one of my headaches.

the nhs direct link emvee posted says to take them both at the same time, but not to take any more for 6 hours.

You should be able to take asprin and codeine at the same time too, have a very strong cup of tea with them as well, or a caffien drink, this increases the effectiveness of them...
