# People have been known
to split long posts in 8 parts, each of which are 80kb or so. They rarely get flamed for doing so. Me, I'm happier seeing 37k over on an image that's honestly 37k over than someone obviously playing games to make it look like they're under.

But even more, I'm on work broadband and don't really care about filesizes unless they slow the page load absurdly like 3meg GIFs do.

Not to make it look smaller, but to account for the .gifs. The first section alone is 32k too big, and it totalled somewhere around 570k.

I was trying to make people laugh with a big silly fake flounce. I like to think I mainly succeeded, and that it helped the Rdli Hakkis mini-meme take off a bit. I am sorry you became the butt of that one particular part of the joke though.

It's not about being a board nazi or Bored Nazi it's about people having worked hard on some projects to post on b3ta only to have it pushed off quicker than it should be because someone has decided to start a discussion thread that isn't an announcement from Rob or the mods. It wasn't like it was a slow night anyway and the majority of users were all ready to call you the "c" word then you did your little trick of changing from your comedy account name to this account and suddenly everyone was lol "it's only Mu mucking about"

the thing is with pictures they have to be sourced, photoshopped and uploaded. All you had to do was comedy account start a new thread.
