The text isn't jumping. The machine has 'pig shoot' written twice and alternates which is turned on :)

actually, it's not hard
i fixed it for you cos it was too woosome to not be perfect :-)
edit: sorry it took so long - the anim fix took about a minute, then i had to spend ages wrestling with my crappy ftp software...

I went back to edit it...
but the images had flattened a little so I couldn't just move the text. how did you do it?

copy the area with the correct text in
and make sure it appears in every frame

opened it in imageready
then found the frame where pig shoot was in the right place, used the rectangle selection to select both the text and the area where the out of place text was, did layer from copy, moved the new layer to the top, and then just had that visible in every frame. et voila!
