# Lucid dreaming?
I've been trying to get it to work, but nothing yet. :(

# You need to apply something simple from the waking world into the dreaming world.
Every hour, on the hour, push against a wall and ask yourself "Am I dreaming?".
Might take a while, but sooner or later you'll try it in the dreamworld - with very different results.

# I've actually recently started doing that.
I stuck a sign on the door that I push (probably not often enough).

I dreamt of my hand pushing it, which then turned into a paw. Yeah... a bit weird.

# The first few times I realised I was doing it, I woke up shortly thereafter.
Kind of a 'whoa' moment.

# Yeah, that's what happens most of the time with me.
I think I might have been very close to having a lucid dream, but lost my concentration before I could get any results.

# I only ever dabbled at it in my twenties, but I probably got two half-decent lucid dreams out of it.
It may seem like a lot of effort for little return, but you'll never forget the clarity and sense of power they give you.

# One of my friends lucid dreams, he says it's one of the best experiences you can have.
This, of course, is probably biased, but who knows.

# I get them quite often,
but I never seem to have the same measure of control that I'd been led to expect.

# In terms of feeling different, the most that's happened is that I felt like I sank through the bed, and through the floor.
Not quite flying, as many people claim to be able to do in lucid dreams, but I guess it's a start.

# Sexy results?

# Indubitably.

# Try writing down your dreams in detail as soon as you wake up each morning
But beware that you never think you're dreaming when you're actually awake.........or you'll get arrested!

# I actually do keep a dream journal
which is unusually devoid of furry-related stuff. Huh...

# I did that for @ 8 months before I started lucid dreaming
Had to stop after a few weeks because I couldn't always be sure when I was awake, got a bit risky cos I used to drive a motorbike.
My dreams were always violent like modern-day FPS games

I did the thing where you write a reminder on your hand to test if you're in a dream. It worked well.
