# I'd rather see it on /board weekly than every week on /links
as /links is more of a once and done thing. /board is home to quite a few comic series, either short or long running. I thought the comic in question to be kinda clever and well done.

# Well it's at
www.basiccomic.com
I want to share it here and posting it on links seemed to be the best option.

# once on links and be done would be better all round
i read a few webcomics, and i have them bookmarked and know when they update
i don't need the artist sending me an email or posting on here everytime there's new content

same with jolly jack et al

this plac is a community, for communication, not a commercial bulletin board

# We should all set up our own personal tumblr sites and then we'll never have to post on here at all!
We can simply check each others feeds.

# oh man that would be sweet

# :(
I'll never post a new story of mine again.

# I find the post-and-run cartoon spammers quite annoying in general.
And I don't even see what's supposed to be funny about half of them.
Not that my opinion matters. But then, neither does yours.

# MY WORTHLESS OPINION IS IMPORTANT TO ME SO I WILL TELL IT TO YOU ALL OVER AND OVER AGAIN

# Ooh, that sounds super!
Personally, I think too many people wear black shoes.

# I'm not exactly post-and-run
I just don't have as much time to post nonsense here as I used to.

Gone are the days of making the Newsletter 4 times in one week. Unemployment did have it's upsides.
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 22:21, archived)
# I didn't mean you specifically.
I'm not aware of you posting that comic on /board much.
It was a rash generalisation, although I did have a couple of people in mind.

# Oh, and if you're a teacher you should probably learn about the correct use of apostrophes ;p

# I only teach reception. We can't write our own names.
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 22:36, archived)
# I didn't know how to spell my last name for ages because we never had to write it in primary.
True story.
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 22:41, archived)
# We get children to write their second names further up the school
But not in reception. Most don't know what it is.

(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 22:46, archived)
# Yeah, but I still have to think about what order the last three letters are in sometimes :(

# My maiden name was very long and I decided that I would only
marry a man with a name of 5 letters or less.
And I did.

# Entity is 6 letters, what kind of teacher are you?
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 23:06, archived)
# Funnily enough
Entity is not my real name!

Also, not all my class can count over 5.
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 23:21, archived)
# wtf?
my daughter could count to 5 when she was 1.
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 23:25, archived)
# The first book given to me in reception had one word per page. I complained.
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 23:41, archived)
# Oh, If I go back and edit that
to change the apostrophe I go straight to hell right?
(, Wed 25 Apr 2012, 22:47, archived)
# Only if somebody notices.
