It's a difficult one to write about,
seeing as there hasn't actually been an apocalypse.
I expect there will be lots of 'how I have protected my house against zombies, even though they are not real' type posts.

Although I imagine a large proportion of survivors will be battle re-enactors. Immediate access to chain mail, a shield and a functional sword will be a positive benefit, come the zombie holocaust.
