There's a difference between "I didn't get this at first but appreciated it more with thought because it asked a lot of me" and "I didn't get this at first and appreciated it less with thought because it was ill-conceived, poorly-scripted, half-arsed monkey-toss that cannot stand the critical weight of even passing consideration".
