# why not make it smaller (under the 400k) with a link to a full colour super massive version?
you went to a lot of trouble to get it to the size you did, seems odd to stop there/waste the original :)

I think an update, but one within reason, is definitely required. Maybe 200k for an image and 600k for an animation.
The only danger would be that people then start creeping up to 250k/700k because they can't be arsed to optimise.
