As far as i could figure, for the best result you put the oposite colour dot or shape on the oposite colour background, then put a little bit of black on one side and white on the other..

I looked at that japanese psychologists work, and basicly figured out how he did it, oposite colours and black and white on oposite sides...

I have got some amazingly intricate detailed ones that absolutly fly, but the movment is in the crispness so they're 2 and 3 meg PNGs.....
