Ted Moult - jobbing actor famous for advertising Everest double glazing in the late seventies / early eighties whereupon a fan or wrecking ball would be unleashed upon said windows to demonstrate resilience to wind / missiles.In a surprise move completely unrelated to double glazing adverts he blew his head off with a shotgun.
