Finished up seeing a specialist, never thought it was the chillies because I'v always eaten them, turned out to be the habanero though, i'm fine with cyan, wasabi gets me too...

Mmmmm.... I'll give that a go, I do like mustard mash.
I mixe wasabi, english mustard, habanero, sweet chile, ketchup, cyan, salt, pepper, oregano, tyme, sage, paprika and garlic powder to coat wings and belly pork belly for the final 10 to 20 minutes of cooking
