Mrs Pies the librarian, she's very "popular" and even has her own little mail order company.
PC Shrapnel looks after law and order, he sometimes has blackouts due to his war wound but like, hahah, he'd just be traumatised even more by the things he does if he remembered them.
Billy Tom, Mittens friend, haha, he's always very naughty! But it's only a crime if he's caught being naughty! haha, what a scamp.
Old Puss Tom, Billy's Daddy, but they... don't often talk about him.. .. I don't know why, haha, small towns, always funny characters!
Jess the Post Cat, she's always willing to lend a paw to the locals, she's also got a doll called part or something.. it's... very realistic, it's tied to the back door of her post van, I think it's some kind of talking doll, sounds a bit sad, haha, maybe it has low batteries or something.
And loads of other cute characters I can't be arsed to contemplate anymore.
