I just saw your image challenge suggestion of change one letter in a celebrity name to spell your favo(u)rite vegetable. Unfortunately I can't reply there, because I was banned for posting jokes, but the good news is I've thought of one!
Lean Bean
It's like Sean Bean, but the S has been changed to an L to make Lean Bean. "Bean" is a vegetable which doesn't contain much fat, and therefore it could be described as being "lean". Alternatively, it could be in a sloping position (leaning), perhaps against a wall.
I can't wait until that image challenge is selected, it's going to be great!
