There was once a British hairdressing competition TV show called Comb Dancing.It went off the air in the 80s, I think.
Then there was an Australian manscaping film called Strictly Bollocks in the 90s(?)
Then the BBC had the idea of copying the movie's idea of a hair competition, only to realise they already owned the rights to their own hair competition show, but in the confusion the new show got called Strictly Comb Dancing.
