Likewise, I have no idea as to the origin of the fish thing. And yes, it is offensive. Hence my mulling as to whether to post it.

1)Get some discharge
2)Put it on a slide
3)Add sodium hydroxide
4)If the odour of fish can be detected at 20 paces then it's garderella

(Some bad infections can be diagnosed as the patient enters the building)
