if they did a special edition of Bladerunner, there would be nothing left.

have made it hard for me to differentiate between a film that looks good, and a film that is good.
Would anyone enlighten me as to wether "The Name of the Rose" was a good film, or that I was to high to move/complain?

I still swear that a bbc2 latenight punjabi language version of Aladin is the best film ever after watching it after 2 jugs of rough scrumpy and a series of hotknifes.
I don't even speak punjabi.
or like aladin.
or remember anything much of the film apart from one line of one song.
but it was the best film EVER
