# The 'produce crisper' section in fridges is complete crap.
I put a bag of apples and some lettuce in the crisper, and another bag and some lettuce on the highest shelf, just under the freezer.

After two days the produce in the crisper was all brown.

Yet even after two weeks everything on the top shelf was fresh, crunchy, and colorful as the day I bought it.

F-UCK crispers.

I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS:

# Talking of cold ladies...
Can you believe this. Our seccie was called away yesterday as her uncle was in a car accident and was ulikely to pull though.
She comes in this morning, he's dead, she a mess.
Our manager is in London on training, so instead of spending 20 minutes ringing around to find her and let her know, we sent the seccie off saying that we'd let Kerry (the manager) know.

Kerry phones, asks if she's in, I explained the situation and now she is in a strop as she would have liked to talk to the seccie.

I'm in the shit as I said it was my fault.

I think you have to have all traces of empathy removed to be a boss.

# Bananas should be kept form other fruit...
...as they produce an enzyme that stimulates ripening in them - unless you want to riopen fruit. Handy with solid avacados.

controls ripening in fruits.

which is why bananas get there own hanger in posh fruit bowls :)
