A machine to replace TALKING
OK. It works like this - imagine Subject A wants to talk to subject B
Subject A:
enters his message into the Personal Communicationer (2 memo to self - check name... acronym???) via input device (1), checking content (3) before sending teh codes.
PC (2 memo to self... hmmm - seems OK!) turns message into stream of ones and zeroes, and transmits this via some form of long distance telegraphy device (4, 5, 6 memo to self... maybe that nice Mr Graham-Bell could help with 6? Must take him more chutney).
Subject B gets the message by having all the same stuff in reverse order (5b - 1b inclusive), and can reciprocate accordingly.
Simple!
