if it's a dark background perhaps the pretentious pseudo-religious one but if it's light then perhaps the top one - But this isn't a hard and fast rule it's whatever is the more legible.

And context would be handy. Having said which, the top one's colour scheme is easier on the eye, but the smaller central logo of the bottom one looks nicer, I'd say.
