It's possible to replace the banner with your own, too
If you block Opera's ad-servers in your proxy or hosts file, and replace banner.png (I think) somewhere in the Opera directory, it will proudly display your own banner instead.

and it's great. But only on Linux. The Windows version is not as good. Photoshop just confuses me. Doesn't work like the Gimp, you see.
