sky came out all skewiff :( any ideas why flash did that to my sky?

# flash seems to export animated gifs with only 64 or maybe fewer colours
To get round this, I export as a PNG sequence, then load that sequence into Animation Shop and make a 256-colour GIF anim from that.

You can change the maximum amount of colors in exported gifs in flash. Just set the palette to "adaptive" or "web snap adaptive".
