I feel the need (after seeing that many times)to point out that unless you intended for it to animate at about 50 fps, something is screwed up there. I am guessing that the delay is set to zero which M$ defaults to 100ms - ie, 10fps - but other things treat as 'render at full speed'.
Is so, set the delay yo something explicit rather than relying on default (and undefined) behaviour.
