They're are specifically asking B3tans who have put email addresses in their profiles if they'd like to enter a competition that may very well appeal to them.

It might be a copy/pasted email, but it's not really spam.

I can find his ISP and lodge a complaint with them

then report him to the likes of spamhaus and spamcop - they`ll blacklist him and any ISPs who use their block lists will block his future e-mails!
