There was just no attempt to make them straight or symetrical and I thought that only I did these things.

they're devious little fuckers like that though. I built a similar construction once; it seemed sturdy enough for around 3 years then suddenly when I least expected it I came in from work one evening and it appeared to have been blown up like a 1960s tower block
