i had a lot to drink last night
and now I have no appetite left.
However, this weekend we're going to finish the firebox for my smokehouse, and then we'll be eating lots of smoked chicken/fish/cheese for every Dave the Facts after that.

Is that for cold smoking
or hot smoking ?
I'm interested in how you get on.

It'll probably hot smoke items
to cold smoke, you'd have a long length between the firebox and the smoke chamber: we're putting them pretty close together and seeing how we get on.
Firebox is a butchered gas cylinder, with a lid welded onto the top: smokehouse itself is a used whiskey barrel, oak, cost a fiver.
Looking forward to seeing if it works too...
