Optimise!While I agree it's blatant nazi-ism to shout at people for 60KB pictures, the rule does serve a genuine purpose, so half a meg for that image is really not acceptable.
You obviously have broadband if you had no problems uploading that, so go here and download yourself The GIMP. Then go here and learn optimisation.
